We strongly advice you to browse our web shop while logged in. Once you have logged in you get to see additional information about stock and prices. Your order history is shown as well. You can look around without being logged in, but it gives you less access.

You can pay with iDEAL.
If you can not pay using iDEAL these are the alternatives:

Stock
Bluelink has substantial stock. In addition Bluelink maintains excellent contacts with over 50 parties across Europe. That is why we can make accurate estimations about delivery time. By looking at the icons you can tell how much we have in stock and whether the articles have been ordered .
Estimates/Quotes
You can compile your own order in the web shop. After completing your order, you are sent a confirmation with specifications.
If it concerns complicated configurations or very large orders, we suggest you to ask us to make you a quote. We will then make you a custom-made estimate which we will send you as a PDF. This quote will also appear within your order history, which means that you can access the information once you have logged in.
Generally, prices are the same whether you compiled the order in our web shop or whether we created a custom-made quote for you. However if we create the estimate, you may profit from a discount if the number of items is high enough.
Confirmation of Orders
After finalizing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail accompanied by a detailed overview of your order in an attached PDF. We indicate a realistic delivery date, based on the available stock at that particular moment in time. The delivery date depends on several things:

Products are shipped via UPS.
Delivery Expense
Costs of shipping both within the Netherlands as abroad are automatically calculated. They are part of the quote, showing you exactly what the cost of shipping is.

Delivery Time
After finalizing your order, you will receive an order confirmation which includes an estimated delivery time. Whether articles are in stock or not, is taken into account (see also: confirmation of orders).
Within the Netherlands products ordered before 17.00 are generally delivered the next working day. If the order contains a multitude of add-ons or complex configurations, delivery can take a day longer.
If the delivery time is of great importance, please contact us personally so we can take additional measures. Such as reserving articles of arrange for additional stock through our partners.
Service Tag
Every product that is shipped given a unique service number printed on a sticker that is delivered unattached. This unique number brings you directly to the right web page. There you will find all relevant information concerning the article, including possible add-ons, updates or technical details.
Add-ons, Configuration
Bluelink configures system and arranges for add-ons. In case of configuration or add-ons, our in-house technical service also takes care of testing so your system is delivered in working order.
International
Bluelink knows how to configure systems according to various international standards and can deliver international keyboards, sockets etc if necessary.
Bluelink delivers internationally as well.
VAT export refund
Do you live outside of the EU? Did you purchase Bluelink products which you plan to export in your luggage? Then you can get a Bluelink refund of Dutch paid VAT on these goods, if the value of your purchases is higher than 300,00 Euro.
Go to customs at the airport and ask them to officially sign the original Bluelink invoice as proof of export. You then send this signed and original invoice back to Bluelink, mentioning your bank account number. We will refund the Dutch VAT within two weeks.

New parts for existing systems
Bluelink supports and maintains existing systems. If you are working with an older system that functions well, but which needs parts from time to time, we can support your systems. Please ask us about the possibilities regarding your systems.
Privacy Policy
Bluelink is serious about the privacy of her clients.
In special cases when delivery time is of the utmost importance, Bluelink can decide to hold on to certain products or make a reservation. In general this will not be possible without payment.

Returned Goods/RMA
If an unexpected problem arises concerning a product, which does not involve software and which does not fall under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact Bluelink.
After consultation and agreement, we will send you an RMA code and instructions to return the goods to us.

- Money transfer It is possible to pay by money transfer. It is crucial you include the Bluelink order number. The delivery time takes a bit longer because your order is sent once payment is in.
- Invoice sent with the shipment is an option for businesses after passing credit control. Payment is due within 14 days.
- Payment with credit card, we accept VISA of Mastercard. You can also pay with PayPal.
We do not accept cash payments.
