Monday 21 April Easter is a public holiday. We are closed this day and orders will not be processed or shipped. Orders that are placed on Monday 21 April will be processed Tuesday 22 April. Orders that are shipped on Friday 18 April l will be delivered 1 business day later depending on the desitination.

In the Bluelink Outlet, we offer both used notebooks and new products with an opened box.

Our used notebooks come from customers with a Bluelink Life Cycle Management contract and have been in use for approximately three years. As a result, visible signs of use may be present, but there are no major damages. Each notebook has been DOA-tested, and the battery has a minimum capacity of 60% or has been replaced with a new one. The original AC adapter is included. The notebooks have been cleaned and feature new keyboards in the standard US International layout. The notebooks come with the original software. As the appearance of each notebook may vary, we are unfortunately unable to provide photos.

Bluelink offers a 3-month warranty on these used laptops, with the option to extend the warranty to 1 year. Additionally, we also offer new systems with warranties of up to 3 years.
